There are a number of hours during the week when the
gymnasts are not training and this creates the opportunity for others to use
Because the space is primarily for use by the gymnasts we
are not able to offer the whole of the hall for other activities. However,
the gym is especially suitable for exercise where a shock absorbent / padded
floor is required. We have 2 areas that can be used each approximately 5m x
We consider the floor would be suitable for judo, aikido and
ju-jitsu - a place where a padded landing would be nice.
Additionally, Aerobics, Tai-Chi and Pilates or similar exercises would
also be suitable.
We are open to all suggestions and welcome contact from other
clubs or associations looking for space to undertake training.
